"Eat free for a month" – Terms & Conditions

  1. This campaign is available at the Iku Wholefood stores, which include, Glebe, Neutral Bay, Waverley, Darlinghurst, Rozelle, Bondi Beach, MLC Centre, MET Centre, AMP Plaza, Chifley Plaza, Greenwood Plaza & Macquarie University.
  2. Each store will have a prize and entrants can only apply for one store only.
  3. Entry is open to any people who sign up for the competition between, Thursday 1st July 2010 - Friday 20th August 2010.
  4. The redeemable period of the campaign is for Monday 30th August - Friday 24 September 2010.
  5. Entry for the competition is only available via the Iku Wholefood website.
  6. The winner of the competition will be entitled to receiving a free meal to the value of $15.00 every weekday for the period of four weeks or 20 days.
  7. There will be one winner drawn from each store.
  8. There will be a total of 12 prizes - Once prize for each store to the value of $300.
  9. If the customer redeems less than the allocated $15.00 it cannot be rolled over to consecutive days or be redeemable for cash or any other discounts.
  10. The winner can only redeem one free meal per day and if the free meal for the day is not redeemed it cannot be rolled over to consecutive days.
  11. The total value of the potential prizes is $3600.00 and each winner's prize will be to the value of $300.
  12. Prize is not redeemable for cash value.
  13. This prize is transferable.
  14. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of and agreement to these terms and conditions.
  15. Employees and contractors of Iku Wholefood their agencies or any other member of their immediate family are excluded from entry.
  16. Customers will only be able to register their details once.
  17. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered during the course of this prize.
  18. The promoter makes no representation or warranty as to the quality and/or suitability of the prize.
  19. All personal information collected by the promoter in relation to this competition will be handled in accordance with the promoter's Privacy Policy.
  20. The promoter is Iku Wholefood (ABN 76 056 712 246) of 18 Sloane Street, Marrickville NSW 2204.
  21. The promoter reserves the right to use winner's name, address and photographs for promotional purposes only. All entries remain the property of the promoter.
  22. The prize will be drawn on Monday 23rd August 2010 at 4.30pm.
  23. Winner of the draw will be notified by phone and/or email.
